A remix is a story that retells another story, keeping characters/pairings, settings and basic plotline intact.
A MENSA remix is not your typical remix - it's a remix that turns a story, any story, into a MENSA AU story. Which, by the rules of this comm, means that it must contain at least one MENSA-verse character in a central role.
Like this: How would the events of Story X have played out in the MENSA-verse?
Or like this: What if a MENSA-verse character had been present during the events of Story Y?
Or anything else you can think of.
Pick a story - one of your own, or someone else's, and start writing - but if it's not your own, make sure the original author is fine with you remixing it.
Post your story to this comm with a note that it's for the MENSA Remix Challenge and make sure to credit the original author - include author name, title and a link to the original story in your story headers.
You have one month. :-)
