smart, beautiful, creepy, understated, deft - if it's not Trin's work, then it looks like we've got another writer in fandom who can find that slightly bizarre angle, that particular tone that quietly rewrites everything we thought we knew. the fic itself feels like an alternate universe - not like an SGA writer writing Mensa!verse, but like the kind of fic we would write if Mensa!verse were our SGA, if that makes any sense. what a wonderful piece of writing!
